very clean, amazing food and lovely staff. we stayed in a double room with multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a study table. 5 mins walk to the centre. booked table at the counting house, it's their onsite restaurant.

Ideal place for discovering Leamington Spa. There was plenty of food, in general it was fabulous. Moreover, free WiFi was great. It was a 3-star hotel in every way.

Comfortable bed, they offered 24-hour front desk and housekeeping. We found a heating system, cable channels and ironing facilities in the suite. The management does a fabulous job. The venue was in a central location. Nothing too much trouble, appreciated this place and totally recommend.

We loved rooms and location. Morning meal food was satisfactory! We would like to stay there on the next trip when visiting Leamington Spa.
